Define a New Site - Step II
3. In the Editing Files, Part 3 window, select the Edit and test locally (my testing server is on this computer). Click the folder icon to browse to the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\tutorial\ folder. Click the Next button.
4. In the Testing Files window, enter the URL for your virtual directory. The URL is the virtual directory you created in the Create a Virtual Directory tutorial. Then click the Test URL button and you should get the popup window. Click Next.
